Returns and Exchanges
Once the products have left the B-BOX warehouse, all sales become final. Many products do not have sanitary seals, which makes putting them back on the shelves dangerous. We want you, as a customer, to feel secure in receiving new and unused products from us.
Exchanges (if any): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@b-box.ca or contact us by phone at 1-877-304-6687.
